Orders & Shipping
Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days within the US and 7–14 days internationally. Express shipping (1–2 days) is available for most destinations. All orders are shipped in our signature packaging.
Yes, we ship to over 40 countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order from the ‘Track Order’ page on our website or from your account dashboard.
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After this window, our team begins preparing your order and changes may not be possible. Please contact us immediately at orders@luxe.com.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, undamaged items in their original packaging. Custom and engraved pieces cannot be returned unless defective. Please initiate returns through your account or contact our client services team.
Contact our client services team at support@luxe.com to initiate a return. We’ll send you a prepaid return label. Please allow 5–7 business days for your return to be processed after we receive it.
Yes. Exchanges are available within 30 days of delivery. We recommend contacting us before returning to ensure the desired item is available. Exchanges for items of higher value require payment of the difference.
Products & Authenticity
Every LUXE piece is handcrafted in our Parisian atelier using only the finest ethically sourced materials. Each item comes with a certificate of authenticity and our lifetime quality guarantee.
We use only the highest-grade materials: 18k and 24k gold, ethically sourced diamonds and gemstones, full-grain leathers from heritage tanneries, and premium fabrics sourced from renowned mills in Italy and France.
Select pieces can be engraved or personalised. Look for the ‘Personalise’ option on the product page. Please allow an additional 5–7 business days for personalised orders. Personalised items cannot be returned.
Each piece comes with detailed care instructions. Generally, we recommend storing jewellery in our provided pouch, avoiding contact with perfumes and chemicals, and having pieces professionally cleaned annually.
Payment & Security
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank transfers for orders over $5,000. All transactions are encrypted and secure.
Yes. Our website uses SSL encryption and our payment processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified provider — the highest level of security certification available.
For orders over $1,000, we offer interest-free payment plans through our partner Klarna. Select ‘Pay in 3’ or ‘Pay in 6’ at checkout. Subject to eligibility and approval.
